About Bill Davis
Bill Davis is a dedicated, hard working, responsible, professional always keeping himself accessible to his clients. He believes in first and foremost listening to his clients to understand their reasons and needs whether selling and or buying. This helps him better serve them by determining what matters most, ensuring a smooth process and successful completion of the job. He was agent of the month nine times in a row for the year 2006; this was due to his going beyond what was expected for his clients.
Real Estate is an ever learning experience with laws and rules changing frequently. Bill believes in always staying up to date while constantly attending courses and conferences on bettering himself. He has obtained the SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) designation, taken advanced courses in 1031 exchanges along with a multitude of other courses. He is also on his way to obtaining the ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) and RSPS (Resort and Second home Property Specialist) designations.
